The Emprise Mobility Service team, working in a well-equipped workshop or at your home, offers regular service, maintenance/repair and warranty repairs for the equipment that we sell.
Our Service Team services and repairs our full range of mobility equipment. In addition to regular servicing of equipment such as scooters and hoists, and major repairs that are required from time to time, the team provides efficient service for the more typical repairs that arise from day-to-day use of products.

Where appropriate, our team will complete modifications to equipment to make it more suitable for an individual user. Modifications are undertaken in consultation with the customer and are subject to considerations such as safety, warranty, manufacturers’ specifications and longevity.
We offer a pick up and delivery service that can be requested when a booking is made (local areas only).
Where appropriate, a Service Representative can come to you to complete service and repairs.
We offer a fixed price regular service for mobility scooters.
Other work is completed for an hourly rate, based on either an upfront quotation or time and materials (subject to the work being undertaken).
