- Customers may not collect or return these items themselves, due to the size and weight.

- Billed monthly.
- Calendar Months or 4-week “months” to suit the customer.
- The price listed above is for calendar months and will be adjusted for 4-week “months”.
- Calendar months are based on 12 payments in a year.
- 4-week “months” are based on 13 payments in a year, so will charged appropriately less per period.
- Items returned after the end of the third week of the month will attract no refund for the remainder of the month.
- Items returned within the first three weeks of the month will revert to the weekly rate, and fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Our mobility equipment hire service in Perth and Mandurah caters to:
- people requiring short term use of equipment to aid in recovery from illness, accident or surgery (for example hip or knee replacements)
- people on holiday who would need mobility equipment during their stay (whether it be equipment to help them get about or to assist in the home), and
- those wanting an extended trial of a product before making a purchase decision. individuals on Home Care Packages or similar who would prefer to hire by the month rather than purchase outright
- Mobility equipment hire can be booked and collected in Mandurah or Perth (Bibra Lake).
Hire equipment can be delivered and collected after the completion of the hire period, but there is a cost for each way. Our delivery and pickup service is limited to the Perth South Metropolitan Region and Peel.
Both short and long term hires are welcomed. Hires are on a weekly or monthly-recurring basis and the minimum hire is one week.
Hires can be extended and payments taken over the phone. A security deposit is taken up front for each item hired. This is refunded when the item is returned in good condition and any outstanding hire fees have been paid. We reserve the right to charge additional fees should an item be returned damaged or is assessed as needing more than normal cleaning.
Bookings
Contact us to make a booking for equipment. All requests for delivery should be made well in advance of the required delivery date.- Call on 6555 4222 to make a booking to collect equipment from Bibra Lake.

Delivery / Pick up Service
- Charges: Small items: $55 each way. Large items: $88 each way (bed, scooter, recline/lift chair, hoist, etc).
- Same total delivery charge for one or more items, subject to discretion. Large item Fee is the maximum charge.
- Local areas only – Perth Metro (South) through to Mandurah/Peel. Subject to availability. Please call to confirm.
Hire Before Buy Plan:
Emprise Mobility and Mandurah Mobility Products offer a ‘hire before buy’ service when customers want to be sure that larger, more expensive items are suitable for their needs. We will credit up to a maximum of two (2) weeks hire charges if a new item of the same or similar type is purchased immediately after the hire. Credit will be given against the current list price of item purchased. Any deposit paid on the hire is also credited, subject to the hire item being returned in good condition. Hire Before Buy plan is applicable to scooters, beds, recline & lift chairs and other selected items agreed at the start of the hire period.Deposit, Repair and Cleaning Fees
- All items are expected to be well looked after while out on hire.
- We do not normally charge a cleaning fee. However, if an item is returned damaged or is assessed as needing cleaning beyond our normal process, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and charge additional fees to cover repairs and/or cleaning.
