Emprise Mobility and Mandurah Mobility Products supply a range of mobility equipment designed to help people with mobility challenges to have more independence and freedom in everyday living.

Most of our customers are elderly. However, we also have an increasing number of younger customers with various disabilities, for whom we provide size and age appropriate equipment.

Where

While the great of our customers are from the Perth metropolitan area and Mandurah/Peel, our customers come from all over Western Australia (from Kununurra to Esperance).

Accommodation Types

Many of our customers live in their own homes (and use our equipment to make their lives more comfortable while extending their stay in their homes) or in low-care residential facilities.

We also supply equipment to a number of institutions providing care and support to the elderly and people with disabilities.

Hire

Our hire business caters primarily to:

  • people leaving hospital and requiring short term use of equipment to aid in recovery,
  • people on holiday who would need mobility equipment during their stay (whether it be equipment to help them get about or to assist in the home), and
  • those wanting an extended trial of a product before making a purchase decision.

DVA Rehabilitation Appliance Program (RAP)

Through the DVA RAP, we provide equipment to veterans in Perth and regional WA.  Our primary areas are Perth Metro, Peel and the South West.  We fulfil orders from Country Care, Aidacare and Allianz.

NDIS

We are a registered NDIS Provider of assistive technology.

Home Care Packages

Emprise Mobility works with many Home Care Package coordinators to provide appropriate equipment ("assistive technology") through your home care package.  We work closely with package coordinators, their nominated therapists (or directly with the individual) and the Home Care Package holder to deliver best-fit solutions that are cost effective. Our Occupational Therapist can provide recommendations on suitable equipment.  We provide formal quotations and assistive technology recommendations upon request.

Organisations

A growing part of our business is fulfilling orders for organisations sourcing equipment on behalf of their clients. Examples of organisations with which we work include the Independent Living Centre, Rocky Bay, MS Society WA, Therapy Focus, Department of Health, Department of Communities (Disability Services), Amana Living, Brightwater, Diversity South, Aviva, Mercy Care, Coolibah Total Caring and Care Options.
